No AI in Schools

This site was created by a group of parents in British Columbia, Canada, concerned about AI being deployed in schools.

A recent report outlined that generative AI in education can undermine children's foundational development and lead to cognitive decline. In addition, there is growing evidence that AI chatbots pose a threat to mental health and emotional well-being.

We have seen the damage that AI tools have already caused to university students in the last two years. We are concerned that junior schools are being targeted by AI companies and that this will make the problem far worse.
