Companies like SchoolAI are aggressively targeting schools across North America
to get their ChatGPT-style tools into classrooms.

AI hype and millions of dollars of marketing are being used to hide
the extremely negative effects on children's development.

We demand the following from our schools:

  • Ban Chatbots

    ChatGPT-like "AI" tools prevent learning and isolate children. They should not be used in classrooms or allowed for homework.

  • Ban Image-gen Tools

    Image generation devalues children's own creativity and work.

  • More Teacher Support

    Teachers are being forced to use AI tools by administrators, or to keep up with workload.

  • Greater Oversight

    AI companies are beta-testing their products on our children. The effect of new technologies must be studied before being used in classrooms.
